Taxonomy
Authaeretis sp. 4; a series in the Schulze Coll.
The genus Authaeretis may be closely related to Pramadea or Coptobasis Lederer 1863d: 429-430 & this confused relationship should be investigated further.
They may be conspecific with:

Description
The males have dingy fawn anal hair pencils and there is no marked modification of the palps. Both males and females have very small whitish ‘bibs’ underside their necks.
Schulze (2000) taxon #190 ‘Pilocrocis coptobasis’ [Hampson, 1898: 656].
Authaeretis sp. 3, is very similar but much smaller. See other Authaeretis spp.
