Taxonomy
Ssp. 1 unnamed; Sarawak, Mulu. The male lectotype of Striglina conjuncta Swinhoe, 1906:381 designated by Whalley, 1976:57, from India (Meghalaya, Khasia Hills) is in the NHM (Mi7290), genitalia slide #13499. The female was unknown to Whalley (1976).

Description
A small pink or grey-brown species with dark fringes. The thyridid reticulation is picked out in darker brown. Largely devoid of distinctive markings. This species has a much more patchy appearance in comparison to S. tibiaria Walker, 1859 and this is especially marked in Indian specimens. S. conjuncta has two named and at least two unnamed sspp.; Ssp. conjuncta Swinhoe, 1906; India. Ssp. mimica Chu & Wang, 1991; China. Ssp. 1 unnamed; (NHM genitalia slide #18492); Sabah, Sarawak (figuredPlate 8, Fig. 246). Ssp. 2 unnamed; Thailand. A pale distinctly marked specimen from Sumatra (Sitoahan) in the NHM (Mi7290) may also be another ssp.
