Description

The falcate FW is fulvous and in most respects the patterning and colour is extremely close to Roxita subapicella [Shaffer MS name]. It differs in minor respects in that FW median line ending on the posterior margin does not angle outwards toward the median position quite as much. The two dark spots on the posterior termen are smaller than in R. subapicella. The plain HW is dark blackish brown. Roxita mululella Gaskin, 1984 (:30, figs 5, 14) differs by being paler and having some bluish lineations.
