Taxonomy
Noctuelia sp. 4 is an unnamed morphotype near N. tapsusalis (Walker, 1859) in the Schulze Coll from Sabah (PHS).
Description
A robust very pale yellow sp with brownish-black markings concentrated on the wing bases The FW has an distinct dark median fascia. The veins of the FW are distinctly brown towards the termen. A narrow dark post median line extends two thirds across the FW but does not reach the dorsum. The HW has a dark blotch sub-apically.
