Taxonomy
Noctuelia sp. 3. nr. N. tapsusalis (Walker, 1859) a specimen, #4895, in the Schulze Coll. from Sabah (PHS Canopy Walkway).
Description
A robust pale yellowish and black sp. The wing bases are totally black. A diffuse dark post median fascia extends across part of the the FW which has a brownish subcostal area. The veins of the FW are distinctly brown towards the termen. The HW has a dark patch at the apex.
