Taxonomy
The holotype of Clupeosoma violascens Hampson, 1917: 265, from Kalimantan Selatan, (Pulau Laut) is in the BMNH. comb. n. to Hydrorybina (Munroe 1977: 1349)
Description
A pale pink-brown sp. with a faint discocellular stigma. The patterning is simple. FW with straight narrow, brown submedian and a post-median line angled in the middle and a single straight narrow brown submarginal line on the HW which finishes before the basal area. The termenal margins are brown. Similar to H. polusalis and Hydrorybina sp. 1
