Taxonomy
The holotype of Pareromene hobbyi Gaskin, 1975 (: 198, figs. 10, 27, 28), TL Sarawak (Mt Dulit), is in the BMNH.
Description
As in all Glaucocharis spp. the FW is distinctly bifalcate. It is boldly and distinctively marked in brown, orange and white. The postmedian area is crossed by a dark edged pale line and there is a wide white median band. Above the tornus are two large diffuse dark spots. The HW is mainly a uniform pale grey but it has a white submarginal fascia and a blackish marginal line. The fringes are long and white.
