A pale ochreous taxon with darker brown ante-median and post-median lines. The FW has an elongate spot in the FW cell and a small punctum in at the base of the cell. This is extremely similar to Gadessa sp. 2 but the patterning is slightly coarser and the antemedian line of the FW is slightly more curved along with other minor differences. Schulze (2000) taxon #241 ‘Pleuroptya sp. 10’. Gadessa sp. 2 & sp. 4 are all very similar.
