Taxonomy
The holotype of Oligostigma sejunctalis Snellen, 1876: 196 (key), 207, pl. 9 figs 11 a-c) from the Punjab (Dharmsala). It may be in the Transvaal Museum (Munroe et al., 1958: 84). comb. n. to Eoophyla (Yoshiasu, 1987).
- syn. Cataclysta delicata Moore 1887: 556, pl. 215 fig. 5 (In Li et al. 2003).
Description
A fairly typical Eoophyla with fulvous white and brown patterning. The FW post median white band is angular and dark brown on its proximal edge. The FW has a short dark basal streak. The HW has four large eyespots with white centres. No Bornean specimen seen.
