Description
This sp. initially appears to be mottled with brown, white and ochreous colours but in fact the FW has four transverse whitish patches spaced along the wing and there is a diffuse, dark brown, reniform mark. The HW is mainly white with a few small elongate dark marks, centrally and two brownish bands subtermenally, darkest at the veins. The termenal margins of both wings have dark brown triangular neural spots. The body is mottled in brown with paler intersegmental bands. The males have bushy black anal hair scales.
