Taxonomy
The male holotype of Cymoriza fulvobasalis Snellen, 1880: 244-245 from the Celebes [Sulawesi], Makassar is in Leiden.
Treated in Neurophyseta by Globiz.
Snellen's detailed figure Pl. 5 fig. 4 (Snellen, 1880) clearly shows a specimen that may be in the family Lathrotelidinae.

Description
No specimen seen. So this description is derived from Snellen’s figure.
The fulvous specimen has elongate FW clearly The FW is markedly falcate the termen of both wings is sinuous and the HW is distinctly crenulate.
The FW has a narrow white postemedian line (PML) which is coarsly serrate at its median angle. There is an narrow white, angular antemedian line. Between the two lines there are two white sub-costal streaks.
The HW has a narrow subtermenal white? line and other parallel curving markins. Proximal to the antemedian lines the basal areas of both wings is of a darker colour. On the FW the median area are indications of darker markings.
