Taxonomy
Cydalima sp. 2 is unnamed morphotypes nr. Cydalima nigropunctalis Bremmer, 1864, from Sabah, PHS, in the Schulze Coll.
Description
Apart from the pale brown veins the shining white wings are thin scaled and almost transparent and un-marked except for a FW with a narrow brown subcostal area, four small distinct subcostal punctae and a small spot in the discal cell of both wings. It has faint subtermenal inter neural dots also present on the anterior part of the HW. The males have large black and cream anal hair scales. It may represent a var of C. nigropunctalis.
