Taxonomy
Coptobasis sp. 8. A single male specimen from Sabah, DVCA in the SLS Coll. Placement in Coptobasis uncertain it may be a Phostria sp.
Description
Both wings brown, without distinct markings but brown with a shiny red coppery sheen. The spindly legs are a shiny buff. The hind tibiae have large tufts of dark brown scales. There is an indistinct pale UnS collar. The abdomen is elongate. tmw/kitching taxon #664
