Coptobasis sp. 18. An unnamed specimen from Brunei, Labi in the B.M.N.H. Accessions. Generic placement uncertain but it may be a Pramadea sp.

Description

Both wings are dark brown sp. with a purple lustre. The FW has indistinct darker post-median and ante-median lines with a darker patch in the orbicular area. The HW has indistinct darker blotches medially. The fringes of both wings are mottled darker brown. The body is a similar brown colour. The legs are a pale fawn with the forelegs having brown rings distally on each segment. The antennae are simple, filiform and lightly ciliate. See Coptobasis sp. 19 which is superficially similar but has highly modified antennal bases.
