Taxonomy
Cirrhochrista sp. 5. an unnamed morphotype in the HSB Coll from GTE.
Description
This resembles C. minuta Swinhoe, 1902a: 181 in its lack of transverse fasciation on both wings even lacking the FW postmedian (sub-apical) line of that sp. The course of the indistinct transverse markings are indicated on the FW by brown speckles and a single fulvous median subcostal marking. The FW anterior margins (costa, apex and termen are narrowly fulvous with a narrow dark brown lines internally. Compared to most spp. in the C. brizolalis group the sub-termenal bands are narrower and less ornamented in dark brown and orange.
