Taxonomy

Chabula sp. 3; Specimen close to Chabula sphenocosma (Meyrick, 1894: 456) in the Schulze Coll. from Sabah, (Crocker Range N.P.).

Description

Very similar to Chabula sphenocosma and but this purplish-grey and white sp. is also distinguished by subtle details of the shape and size of the white patches of its patterning.

Chabula sp. 2, Chabula sp. 3 & Chabula sp. 4 are all very similar and may be conspecific.
