Description

The FW has darker brown patches on a paler yellow brown background. Easily distinguished from C.cumulalis by its lighter colouration and having a more distinctly striped HW and a lack of shiny lead-grey scales (RTS: p.130-131). Very variable in size, the specimens from Pulau Laut (Kalimantan Selatan) are amongst the smallest seen.
