Taxonomy
The holotype and paratype of Botyodes borneensis Munroe, 1960: 166, figs., from Sabah (Mt. Kinabalu) is in the MfNH, Berlin.
Description
A yellow sp. marked with orange-brown. There is a broad brown termenal margin on the FW. On the HW the brown is restricted to the apical area. The males and females are similar. Endemic to Borneo. Superficially similar, but smaller, than B. asialis Guenée which can be easily distinguished by its HW with broad brown termenal margin. Schulze taxon #314.
