Taxonomy
Sarawak, W. Melinau. Beguma sp. 3 is a medium sized morphotype based on an unnamed series in the NHM (Mi7397), which may prove to be more than one species as they exhibit a wide size range.
Description
They have a dark bronzy brown body and mainly pink wings. This is very similar to Beguma sp. 6 but the FW are broader. The illustration is of a particularly distinctly marked specimen. Spots of deeper rose can be seen, especially on the HW where the bronze colour is restricted to the basal area.
