Taxonomy
Philippines, Mindoro. The male holotype of Misalina ferocia Whalley, 1976:107 from the Philippines (Los Banõs) is in the USNH (NHM genitalia slide #14209), as is one of the female paratypes. The second female paratype is in NHM (Mi 7305) (Whalley 1976: 107-108).

Description
This is a pale yellow-brown species, marked with darker speckling, some forming indistinct median bands and a small diffuse orbicular spot. The costal margin is dark brown. Un similar but paler. Vertex brown, labial palp with third segment one quarter of the second.
